This 38 year old woman had an augmentation with 440 cc saline implants and was a D cup. Although she liked her shape, she felt she was much too big for her small frame. She had her implants replaced with 304 cc silcone gel implants and is now happier with her C cup breasts that were achieved without losing her shape.
This 52 year old woman had breast implants placed in the remote past. They had become extremely firm and uncomfortable and she desired revision. Her old implants were replaced with new silicone gel implants, and she is please with her improved shape and softness.
This 44 year old was 5’8” and weighed 135 pounds. She had had a previous sub-glandular breast augmentation 20 years ago with 210 cc silicone implants that were now ruptured. She desired to have a revision with slightly larger implants and therefore received 371 cc silicone implants in a sub-pectoral position.
This 53 year old had breast augmentation with 220cc silicone implants. These sub-glandular implants were broken and she desired revision. As she wanted to remain about the same size, 286 cc silicone implants were placed sub-pectorally.
Five years after a breast augmentation with saline, this 49 year old had a sudden right side deflation. She was 5’5”, 115 pounds and underwent replacement with 339cc silicone implants in a sub muscular position.
This 42 year old had deflated saline implants and was droopy. She therefore had a single stage augmentation mastopexy with 304cc silicone implants.
This 39 year old was 5'7" and 140 pounds and had undergone breast augmentation with 360cc saline implants 9 years ago. She thought she had lost some fullness and wanted a revision. She therefore underwent an implant replacement with 533 cc moderate profile silicone implants.
This 53 year old woman was 5'7", weighed 130 pounds, and was interested in a revision of her augmentation that was done 24 years prior. Her ruptured silicone implants, which were sub-glandular, were removed and replaced with 339 cc round smooth silicone implants in a sub-muscular position.
This 22 year old previously had an augmentation with 440cc implants and felt they were too large for her size of 5'2" 122 pounds. She was also a little ptotic or "droopy," and therefore underwent replacement of her implants with 339 cc and had periareolar mastopexy.
This 42 year old had an augmentation with silicone 24 years before, and her implants were now broken and she desired revision. She was 5'6" 122 pounds, wore a 34 B and wanted to be slightly bigger. At time of surgery, it was obvious were native breasts were asymmetric, therefore she received a 371 cc implant on the right and a 265 cc implant on the left, which made her a small C cup.
This 36 year old was 5'5" and 125 pounds. She previously had 270cc saline implants, and felt her left implant was too high and wanted to be larger. She therefore had 400cc silicone implants placed, which increased her cup size to a full D.
This 39 year old woman was 5'6" and weighed 140 pounds. She had previously had an augmentation with 390 cc saline implants and wanted to be slightly larger and change to silicone. She received 533 cc silicone implants and is now a 36 D.
This 22 year old desired an augmentation revision. She was 5'4'", weighed 127 pounds, had 440 cc saline implants and wanted to be smaller. She had her saline implants replaced with 339 cc silicone implants and additionally, had a periareolar mastpexy to allow her skin to redrape.
This 41 year old had undergone an augmentation previously with 275 cc saline implants. Her desire was to be bigger and to switch to silicone implants. She was 5'6", 120 pounds and wore a B cup bra. She underwent a revision with 425 cc implants and is now a small D cup.
This 49 year old had previously undergone an augmentation with 360 cc saline implants 15 years ago. She now desired a revision with silicone implants. At surgery, 425 cc silicone implants were placed.
